What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. We use this information solely to respond to you, prepare quotes, and deliver the services you request (for example company registration with CIPC, tax matters with SARS, or CSD registration). Where a service requires it, we will ask you separately for supporting documents such as ID copies, and these are used only for that service.

How it's handled

Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox via a secure form-processing service operated for us by Sebenza Online. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it with third parties only where the service requires it (e.g. CIPC, SARS, National Treasury's CSD) or where the law compels us. We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal record-keeping duties.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows.
